Return and Refund Policy

At Unnoticed Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 24 Hours of delivery for a half refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original unused condition with all tags attached, along with the packaging intact. Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at UnnoticedApparel1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back and a refund will be issued once the item(s) returned have been inspected. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
